Al Otro Lado, is doing everything we can to protect the rights of migrants at the U.S.-Mexico border, including representing asylum seeking parents who were separated from their children by U.S. immigration officials, and refugee families being denied access to the asylum process by U.S. Customs and Border Protection. WE CANNOT DO IT ALONE!
As the Director of Al Otro Lado's Border Rights Project, I cannot adequately express how critical your support is to amplifying our impact at the border. With your support we can dramatically increase the number of refugees that we serve, many of whom are at grave risk in Mexico, including unaccompanied children, LGBTQIA refugees, linguistically isolated refugees, migrants with serious medical conditions, and asylum seekers whose persecutors have pursued them through Mexico. Your support will also help us to increase our legal representation of asylum seekers detained in Southern California.
